I wanted to thank BC Homes For Sale. Com. Your website saved us
thousands and thousands of dollars on real estate commission,
which we could not afford to pay because we had just bought our
place eight months before. We had found out I was pregnant and the
owners of our condo announced they were selling our place. I was
very very sick and was not able to move so we decided to purchase
it. Shortly after the purchase we went for our first
ultrasound....we'll to our surprise we were having
multiples.....YIKES.. we decided to stick it out for a few years
in the condo but found out a few months after their birth that it
just wasn't big enough for five bodies and the equipment that
comes with babies so we had to sell and fast.... We contacted a
real estate agent and had her draw up the paperwork. She came by
to go over it the details and have us sign it...... We looked it
over and just couldn't sign it because we saw how much commission
they were going to take. We thought about that money being taken
away from our children and just couldn't sign it. I was going to
list our place in the local paper but then I saw one of your
advertisements so I checked it out. I had never heard of anyone
listing their place on the internet or ever having success but I
thought I'd give it a shot anyways. We'll I am happy to announce
that we listed our place on your site and within a day we sold it.
The day after listing our place we had a phone call from a
prospective buyer. He asked if they could come view it that day.
They viewed our place then left. Within an hour they called us and
made and offer, we accepted, they came back and gave us a deposit,
set a completion date, and we signed a Purchase and Sale
Agreement.
Sorry if this letter is a bit choppy. What use to take a few
minutes to write now takes hours because one of the babies always
requires assistance.

Here it is June 7, 2004 and we have sold our house at Canim Lake

have purchased a senior's condo in 100 Mile House and have moved
in as
of last week. It has been a hectic time trying to downsize our

Just a note to let you know that we
have sold our property listing #672-5807. We saved approximately
$13,000 in realtor's fees by selling ourselves. From the amount of
interest we got, I would have to say we under priced our property.
I would recommend hiring a lawyer or notary public immediately
since you will need one anyway and have him help you with
"subject to" clauses and such. Ours only charged an
extra $50. to help with those things.

than us and she got much less... she won't even tell me what she

consulted with us no charge for the fact we gave her our sale
deal, our purchase and our buyers
