you are selling your home or property in British Columbia, you have come to
the right place. This site is designed primarily for the viewer, and is
built so he or she can easily browse homes in their chosen price bracket,
in the area they desire.
When
your home is sold your listing will be removed – we do not post
“sold“ signs on this site, so as not to subject viewers to unnecessary
advertisements of homes they can no longer buy. Many homes are sold
directly through this site, but we have chosen not to use this very common
marketing ploy as it frustrates the home shopper and is very difficult to
verify. ( A home stating “sold” on the internet may have been sold
many years previously or may have been sold by other means than
advertising on that particular web site.)
Sold signs are impossible to verify on the internet which is why you see
so many there. On BC Homes
For Sale, all ads are dated and current.
We are therefore very confident you will like how this site works
and appreciate our high traffic statistics.
We
